Che Go Eun stu­died Korean pain­ting at Sejong University in Seoul, Master of Fine Arts at MaHKU in Utrecht, Master of Media and Information Design at LUCA, Master of Fine Arts at LUCA in Brussels. She was also a lau­re­a­te at the Higher Institute for Fine Arts (HISK) in Ghent in 2018, and joi­ned a one-year resi­d­en­cy pro­gram at AAIR Antwerp (now Morpho) in 2020. Her work has been shown in solo and group exhi­bi­ti­ons, inclu­ding at S.M.A.K in Ghent (2025), Art Sonje Center in Seoul (2019), Kunsthal Aarhus (2018), Kunsthal Extra City in Antwerp (2018), and BOZAR in Brussels (2017).

Che Go Eun (최고은) is a South Korean visu­al artist cur­rent­ly based in Brussels and Seoul. Her work explo­res ways tra­di­ti­o­nal pain­ting can be morp­hed with com­pu­ter tech­no­lo­gy- digi­tal col­la­ges, 3D mode­ling, robo­tic dra­wings, vir­tu­al rea­li­ty, and AI ima­gery. She finds inspi­ra­ti­on in fema­le nar­ra­ti­ves from love, video games, beau­ty, fol­klo­re, mytho­lo­gy and reli­gi­on. Recently, She beca­me a nail tech­ni­ci­an, both for her artis­tic prac­ti­ce and living. She uses nail art as a way to explo­re iden­ti­ty, labor, and aesthetics.
