De finis­sa­ge met bor­rel wordt gecom­bi­neerd met de inhul­di­ging van de semi-per­ma­nen­te instal­la­tie van Jan Duerinck. De instal­la­tie maakt deel uit van Off the Plate, gemeen­schap­pe­lij­ke keu­ken.
